Professional Designations and Awards

Susan strives for higher learning in her field. Besides earning her Indiana Salesperson license in 1990 and Indiana Broker license in 1992, Susan has always sought out more than the minimum educational requirements for her field. Her earned designations include the Graduate of REALTOR® Institute (GRI) which covers varying areas of real estate and ways to better protect her clients. Susan also obtained the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) boosting her knowledge of buying, selling, technology

ideas and a large referral network to help clients locate dedicated agents. The Seniors Real Estate Specialists (SRES) is a specialty designation she has earned which focuses on the needs of buyers and sellers aged 50 and over. Susan has also invested her time in earning the e-Pro designation, signifying an upper level understanding of today's technology related to real estate. Susan is currently earning the National Association of REALTORS® Green designation which allows for a better understanding of green building practices and energy efficient home technology.
